Independence

Independence is reflected in the eyes of a cat. As you gaze into this creature's psyche, the reflection you see is "no, I don't think so." Independence is the ability to kindly, constructively and quietly say no.

So, why the dogtail? The cat was at the vet for along time yesterday. Clearly the message in her eyes was 'no' but it was not to be. As I waited for her return after an ordeal only a cat can bear, I was told to wait in this room. I turned and there it was. A dog tail coat hanger. I had to giggle! This is what happens when you say no too often - your back end gets hung out to dry!!
