EVENING
Evenings used to be, when the kids were younger, absolute pandemonium. So much so, that I called it the witching hour ... even though it spanned a good few hours! These days, evenings are more civilised. The kids are home, homework is done, dinner is fixed and eaten. It is a quite time before bath, reading and bed.
My evenings are now enjoyable! This is the time I can play on the computer, without interruption (most evenings!) and plonk away at all the fabulous stuff on the internet.
Don'tcha just love the mouse pad! We are a very crafty household and the mousepad was made by my daughter for me for Christmas a couple of years ago. So simple and so delightful!
Nights are far from civilised at my place but peace descends at bedtime.
ReplyDeleteI think its nice to be able to look forward to 'me time' at the end of the day. Your daughter did a lovely job on the mousepad.
